Testimonial

Recovery has been tough my body is still a little beat up. I just got back into it this week and as the week goes on its slowly getting better. I wish you guys were located in Ohio because I definitely could have used some adjustments when I got back. Dr. Krahenbuhl played a big part to my success placing fourth at the 2012 Crossfit games. His adjustments made me more efficient in each, and every workout. It allowed me to feel great throughout the entire weekend. I could not have done it wit
